Creating Private Labels

 

Private Labels are a great way to internally categorize specific types of shows, to make it easier to target specific groups of customers for future marketing campaigns. Each label, once applied to an event (either in advance or retroactively), will create a separate email list, which includes all customers who purchased tickets to any event with that designated label.

To access the label creation page, go to "Settings" on the left side column, and select "Labels" from the bar at the top of the page.

From within the edit/create page, you have the option to make the label "public" or leave it as a private label. If it is a "public" label, it will appear on events in your storefront.
