# Importing Customer Orders

### **You can access the Order Import feature from within the Show Details page**

### **Once inside this will show you the list of previous show imports, as well as the NEW IMPORT button, which allows you to start the process.**

### **Select a name and a section to import the tickets to, and then upload a CSV.**

### **Format for CSV:**

### **First column: first & last name**

### **Second column: number of tickets**

### **Third column: email address**

### **The name of the list will be added as a note in the format of 'Imported with: \<Name\>', to all orders imported with the list.**

### **\*\*Please note: if you have multiple ticket types to import, each CSV should be a separate ticket type.\*\***
