Importing Customer Orders

You can access the Order Import feature from within the Show Details page 

Once inside this will show you the list of previous show imports, as well as the NEW IMPORT button, which allows you to start the process.

Select a name and a section to import the tickets to, and then upload a CSV.

Format for CSV:

First column: first & last name

Second column: number of tickets

Third column: email address

The name of the list will be added as a note in the format of 'Imported with: <Name>', to all orders imported with the list. 

**Please note: if you have multiple ticket types to import, each CSV should be a separate ticket type.**
